what is your return policy?
All returns must be made within 10 days of the day you received your purchase. Items must be received in new unused, unworn and unwashed condition with the tags still attached.
All returns will be exchanged for store credit only.
If it is passed the 10 day time period or if items are not returned in the appropriate condition listed above, we will not offer you store credit.
All sale items are final sale. No exchange or store credit will be issued for sale items.
We reserve the right to deny returns received after the specified time and/or specified condition. No refunds on sale items.
When will my purchase ship?
All orders will be processed and shipped the following business day unless that day is a holiday. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) will ship on the following business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
What is your shipping rate?
All shipping rates on domestic orders are a $7.50 flat fee on all orders.
Free shipping is offered on all orders over $200!
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! At checkout, choose the 'Local Pickup' option and we will get your order processed and ready for pickup for free. Your order will typically be ready same day.
